SafiServer

Standalone server that runs the applications (Saflets) created by the SafiWorkshop designer. SafiServer supports a broad ranage of technologies such as telephony server integration (Asterisk and FreeSWITCH), Database, Web Services and more. SafiServer is currently available in two editions:

• SafiServerCE: A for free version that comes with limited features and a concurrent connection limit of 5 ports
• SafiServerPro: A licensed version that has additional features (like Email integration and File I/O tools) and is licensed on a per-server/per-port basis

SafiWorkshop

SafiWorkshop is a call flow and IVR designer. With SafiWorkshop you can design, test, debug and deploy advanced call routing applications from a single, unified development environment. SafiWorkshop also includes a prompt recorder/importer for managing IVR prompts and a fully featured SQL query editor.

Custom Initiator Client

Allows calls to be made to the SafiServer that set off the Custom Initiator event (associated with a given Saflet). This version of the is command line based.
