Eric Erickson - Co-Founder, President
Eric started out working in the telecommunications sector in 1999; installing CTI phone systems and networking hardware for multitude of companies in the northwest US and Canada. Later, he was picked up by Acacia International (a call center in Eugene, OR) where he worked on telephony related integrations, internal software applications, network infrastructure, database management, and project management on a number of software and infrastructure related ventures. Acacia was later purchased by Comspan USA (a CLEC located in southern Oregon) where Eric continued to provide support for systems he had develop and later moved into a position managing the IPTV Headend at a GPON fiber deployment in Bandon, OR. Later, Eric took a job at VTech Communications (Portland, OR); this position mainly focused on web deployable applications for use internally and by other partner companies. Since his time at VTech, Eric has been contracting out for a variety of tasks: Head-end deployments and QA assessments for Ledcor Technical Services, IVR development work for EPIQ systems, and internal software development for the State of Oregon DHS.
Zac Wolfe - Co-Founder, CTO, Lead Developer
After receiving a BS in Computer Science from the University of Oregon, Zac Wolfe began his professional life as a software developer at Acacia International, an inbound call center located in Eugene, OR. There he developed a number of back-end and customer facing telephony applications that were integral to the success of that company while also acting as the company's primary IT manager. Zac was also a Sr Software Developer at Kaibridge Inc where he helped develop a video game called "Save The Dinos" (publisher: Aspyr). Zac currently is a Sr Software Engineer for U.S. Bank, based out of the Columbia Center in Porland, OR where (among many other projects) he develops and maintains an inbound/outbound telephony client/server application that facilitates debt collection operations for the Commercial Leasing department of U.S. Bankcorp.
Jong-suk Lee - Co-Founder, Developer
Jong graduated from the University of Oregon with B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science. He developed software at Acacia International alongside Zac Wolfe. Following a 2 year stint at Acacia Intl, he developed educational software and survey programs for Language Learning Solution (which subsequently merged with Avant Assessment), a software company specializing in web based tools for language assessment. Currently, he develops and maintains the GUI front-end of a wireless radio frequency planning software at EDX Intl.
