What we do:
Safi Systems is a software company, dedicated to creating innovative solutions designed to address everyday communication and business needs. Safi's products are based on a centralized, robust, and scalable server platform named SafiServer. SafiServer is the cornerstone of Safi Systems current offerings.

The first such offering is Safi Communications Suite (SCS). The SCS is an advanced IVR system that easily integrates with Asterisk and FreeSWITCH PBX systems (NOTE: The Commuity Edition (CE) of SCS is available free of charge, although some restrictions will be present once the open beta period has ended and the Pro/Enterprise versions are available). This suite allows for the easy creation of simple to complex communication flows (i.e. IVR, autoattendent, etc) through the use of Safi's own development environment: SafiWorkshop.

SafiWorksop makes creating, debugging and deploying these communication flow applications (named Saflets) simple and efficient while SafiServer is the powerful application server that stores and executes these applications in your production environment. Technologies such as call control, database, and web services are abstracted in such a way that only a basic understanding of the underlying technology is required to create solutions that fit even the most complex business needs.

Safi Systems also has in the works an enterprise version of the Communications Suite along with an array of other products based on the core SafiServer technology.
